After leading a large team of insurance experts at a Fortune 500 brokerage, EJ founded Ed James Insurance Brokerage in 2021. As an agency owner, EJ was able to create a company culture with a focus on service. By providing clients with the attention they deserve, EJIB delivers an unparalleled insurance experience. A main priority of his is family, which include his beautiful wife, and three amazing boys. EJ spends his time outside of work heavily focused on church, community and fellowship. He enjoys putting others first and bringing people together, especially on the golf course. His favorite passion is music where he leads worship singing at the church and writing music.
