Jeff Stier is a serial entrepreneur that has built multiple businesses to success over the past 12 years. For more than ten years, Jeff led a sales team of over 3,000 people across the country that helped with a wide range of services from home security to healthcare. In late 2022, Jeff pursued a passion project and launched a financial coaching business called Never too Late to Dream, with the goal of helping people create a plan to get out of debt and onto a better financial path. Over the past few years, Jeff also began to focus on his own personal health journey and decided in early 2025 to help people look, feel and live younger longer by partnering as an ambassador with Shaklee and representing an incredible line of health and wellness products.

Outside of business, Jeff is also a classically-trained pianist that has held a position as a church pianist and organist for nearly two decades. No matter what Jeff pursues, he does it with excellence and with the goal of helping others. Zig Ziglar used to say, “Help enough other people get what they want, and you can have anything in life you want.” Jeff lives and breathes that mantra fully in all that he does.

At his core, Jeff is a family man. He loves to spend time with his wife and daughter, to travel, to explore and to live life to the absolute fullest. Life is short… even when it’s long.
