Patricia A. Carragher has practiced law for more than thirty-three years. A New Jersey native, she is a graduate of the Rutgers University School of Law. Her professional experience includes service as an Assistant Prosecutor for Morris County, as a Senior Associate at Hersh, Ramsey & Berman, P.C., and as Counsel to the law firm of Frank A. Blandino, Esq. She has also served as Municipal Prosecutor for South Bound Brook and as Alternate Municipal Prosecutor for Hillsborough Township.

In 2013, Ms. Carragher founded Patricia A. Carragher, LLC, a firm concentrating in real estate and real estate litigation, as well as other areas of practice. In 2025, the firm merged with Koerner & Crane, LLC, which has served Hillsborough Township and surrounding communities for more than sixty years. The merger resulted in the formation of Koerner, Crane & Carragher, LLC.
